| The fruits and vegetables used in my products are almost all
grow here on the farm, without harmful sprays or chemicals. I
pick and take straight to the kitchen. What I don’t grow myself
I obtain from other local farms. Some items may be available in
more quantity according to the time of year and what is ripe at
that time. I try to keep my inventory full, but some items (like
the huckleberry products) do run out because of their higher
popular demand.
Unless otherwise noted, jams and preserves are sold in
4-ounce and 8-ounce jars. Pickles, relishes, and sauces are in
8, 16, and 32 ounce jars. Vinegars are in 10-ounce bottles. This
may change periodically as I sample new jars for cost and fit as
well as appearance.
For shipment my jars and bottles are carefully wrapped and
secured for shipment. I do advise adding insurance along with
the postage in case of mishaps. It is inexpensive and helps
everyone involved.
Remember, these are pressure-sealed containers, so inspect upon
arrival and refrigerate after opening. |

Maple syrup vinegar I was asked to make this flavor from a
customer at the Farmers Market. She had had it back East and
said it was awesome.
I had never heard of it so I did some research and found that it
was indeed a popular item. Apparently, the last batch of sap
from the maple trees is made into this vinegar. It has many
uses; mix equal amounts of a good oil and some seasonings for a
vinaigrette, use by itself on seafood's and meats.
You can substitute Maple Vinegar in any recipe you have that
calls for cider vinegar.
10oz. $8
Raspberry vinegar Fresh raspberries and vinegar meld together to
